Here they come folks. Doug Moore's attorney Robert Doughty, hoping that politics will win his case, is once again twisting the words of the law to make New Mexico look more like Old Mexico. From beginning to end Doughty argues that politics and political parties are synonymous with elective franchise which they are not. Doughty has filed the written argument Judge Counts ordered last week (Read it - 750k). Interestingly enough Doughty responded to arguments not made by any of the parties in the lawsuit, but that were raised here. I want to thank him for taking that bait. Follow along as I once again try to untangle the rather un-American positions of Moore and Doughty.
